Scope

All deliveries from Kathrin´s Salzkristall-Laden DIREKT-SERVICE Schröder GbR are due to these business conditions. Variing arrangements have to be fixed in written formby Kathrin´s Salzkristall-Laden DIREKT-SERVICE Schröder GbR.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is due to the local right of your country.

Resending packages have to be post paid. Unpaid packages will not be accepted.
Damaged or used articles cannot be fully refunded - just test all articles like in a local store.

Articles which are manufactured on request are not to be withdrawn.

Guarantee
|
We guarantee following the legal terms. In case of defect we may choose to deliver in addition or repair, to let you either give back the product in refund of the price or to reduce the price.
Bulbs are not included in the products, if the electric of cables, motors and pumps does not work satisfactory, we request not to send back the complete lamp or fountain, just the parts that are not working.

Place of jurisdiction
|
Contracts between business men are to put to Düsseldorf as place of jurisdiction in all cases.
|
Delivery Period
|
We deliver approx. 1 week after the order. We inform promptly if articles are not in stock. Please inform if there is more urgency.
We deliver small amounts within EU by german parcel, larger amounts with truckage company. All digital orders are confirmed by mail.

Payment
|
All international delivery is only done on prepayment. Taxes are not included, you may send money through bank order, paypal etc.
